Heh, they've been teasing for months now (as they've done with the run-up to revealing DAI/MEA). The only thing that keeps them from announcing it outright is the evil that is the marketing dept.
Now I wonder if there is going to be an E3 announcement after all. Not getting my hopes up of course.
Well one thing that has me a tiny bit hopeful for some sort of announcement is the fact that EA is not going to have a booth at E3, but their own separate function outside it, which gives them more space, freedom, control, and time to talk about all of the various things they want to talk about.

This is related to another article I saw a while ago predicting the eventual death, or at least severe reduction, of E3 as more and more companies decide to move away from the event and do their own simultaneous functions. In five years, we might simply be calling it Video Game Developer Week, or something.

Last night I dreamt there was a DA4 announcement.Although mostly it looked like DA2 in Frostbite , and there was double protagonist , Hawke and some unknown guy.
I'd like to pretend I have prophetic dreams , but I don't .
I would be very surprised if something happens at the EA thingie.I don't even know when the EA thing is supposed to happen except sometimes in June.

If it wasn't for the ME teaser at E3 2014 before the release of DAI, I would agree that the chances of a DA4 tease are limited.
Fine, yes...I am most likely crazily over optimistic, but it would be the perfect opportunity for a teaser - it will not take away from the MEA hype, since the fans know that it would probably be Q4 2017 (March 2018) at best for release.

See I really want to believe, but ME has always been Bioware's marketing darling at the expense of giving DA promotion the shaft. I'd be surprised if they took focus away from ME, even for a few minutes, just for DA.

Well truth is I've been wrong before (obviously ^^).
Like I said I'd be surprised but hey there's a tiny chance they want to put the spotlight on Bioware producing 3 of their own IP at the same time .
In this case yeah they might name drop DA4 I imagine .

Actually, one of the EA reps recently said the New IP will be out next year. Which makes me wonder then if some of the DA writers who moved over to the New IP will move back to DA when they finish...
EDIT: Just reminded that it's not necessarily the Secret IP that's coming out next year, but possibly a game from another division in EA.

Will EA Play be broadcast somewhere like E3 stuff is? Like if there *is* a teaser, how are we gonna see it? I hate it when I just hear about that kinda thing, but don't get to see footage cus I wasn't there.
^ If there is a teaser, whether of MEA, the New IP, or DA4, it will likely be posted online after the event is over, so no worries on that front.
