That is a wolf in in flames, aka Solas.
The Tower resembles a castle, maybe Skyhold.
Tearing down the veil will consume and burn known Thedas, but the wolf is caught in the flames as well. Will tearing down the veil be the end of Solas as well.
Red could represent war, blood, or the dawn. We know that one day soon the dawn will come...
