Hi there

I just bought and installed Dragon Age CE.  I have claimed my pre-order item and they work just fine i start with em on new charecters.

I also claimed my CE codes and it shows up as claimed but i dont start with any item (armor) from it. I still see the quest called The Stone Prisoner as a  item i can buy ..even tho CE should give me that right ? Also i dont see to be able to pick class Shale,  Is it something else ?

Can any  throw some light on how CE gifts work so i can understand how / when to get em.

some of the stuff does not show up untill you restart the game.



Shale is a party member. not a class.



Not all the items are given at start up. Some are simply avalible to purchase at an ingame vendor later in the game (with silver and gold you got ingame, not real money) Read about it more in the DLC section ingame at startup to figure out whats what.

Thanks for reply .

I went and read the DLC info and it said that i would get one item right away and rest can be bought from  Bodahn in the party camp.

I have played quite some bit now (allmost collected my hole army except denerim's) and i still havent seen him sell any items in my camp. Didtn get any item right away also.
I havent meet this Shale person either ..neither have i found a quest called The Stone Prisoner.

Does it not sound like its not installed still ?

Please help abit more if you can shred some light on this.

i had the same problem, but the second time i went to the downloaded content, in the dowloaded progress i switch boath contents avaiable them they become instaled content and i select them both, next time i loaded a savedgame voila there was the dragion armor and the entry for the bonus quest.

Mine all says its installed . So i cant try choose to download it again like you. The option is there not in download progress. its emty there for me.

Or did i miss understand what you did to make it work

I just purchest dragon age origins ultimate edition that says it has all the down loads in it but when I get to the point where I am supose to go on line to down load and I hit 0 in my email address I get kicked back to the game with out it going through I sure would like some help on this.

Short anwser,log in with the account your posting here with.

Yea,if your not logged in in-game you cant see your dlc.The game pings the ea server and valadiates your DLC.

So you log in with the email and PW you used to post this and that should get you one step closer.
