the 'Main Tower' requisition says that I only have 2 quarries and not all 3. I have been to each location about 10 times just to make sure that the Inquisition flag was there at all 3 quarries and they all are. There is literally nothing that I can do as the flags are all there and I cannot remove them to replace them if they are out of alignment.

 

I don't know what to do because 3 quarries were part of the requisition (as well as the two logging stands) to fill the 'Main Tower' requisition in the western approach. Any ideas or suggestions to fix this or has anyone else had this bug?

Did you maybe already finish the A Better Courtyard requisition? Quarries and Logging stands "get used" when you complete a requisition.

 

Also don't worry, there are 11 Quarries in the whole game

 

Crestwood

• In Black Fens right next to Lawspeakers's Assembly landmark.

Emerald Graves

• North east of Direstone Camp near the Fade Rift.
• West of Gracevine Camp (slightly north) against the rock wall.

Exalted Plains

• North west of Dalish camp near Solas' quest location.
• North-east of Offering to the Dread Wolf landmark (north of dragon). Pick up the quest Map of Halin'sulahn next to it.

Hissing Wastes

• There is one about halfway between the Sand Crags Camp and The Cove Camp, it is directly south of one of the Rifts near the Sand Crags, underneath two giant overlapping rocks. It is far east of the Logging camp.
• The second quarry of the Hissing Wastes is in the Shallow Basin just north of the Burial Grounds. It is directly north of the map marker labeled "The Empty Square".

Storm Coast

• North of the cave entrance to Lyrium Falls, on the east mountain side of long river.

Western Approach

• south-west of "Echoback Fort"
• south-west of "Sand Rock Mine"
• "Shimmerstone Mine"

Oh, so I can use other quarries from different locations to finish the western approach 'Main Tower' requisition? That's excellent news if true! I thought I had to finish that requisition from the western approach logging stands and quarries,

 

And yes, I did finish the better courtyard I believe.

Well, The Main Tower isn't a Western Approach quest, it's a Skyhold quest. All quarries in the whole game count for it, just like any Elfroot/Blood Lotus count for Lotus and Root.
