When I go to the weapon loadout screen, there's no option to change my weapons. Any fix for that? Here's a screenshot:

Click where the arrows should be. The icons disappear but you can still press them. (at least in my experience 
)

I've had invisible arrows quite regularly. 
If they're not only invisible, but not actually there... try quitting the game and trying again? You know, doing the old "turning it off and then back on again" technique which works with all forms of technology.
