Well, I have no knowledge about it. But I don't think spamming that stuff is fair, because there's so such thing as a romantic, non-sexual relationship.

You learn something/get confused about something new every day.

Either way, I DO think that this thread is a case of 'proceed at your own risk'. That's a good way to put it.

I never run into PUGs with mics on the PC, which is weird. Run into them all the time on the PS3 though. :S

There's a bug of some sort on PC. Both my mics work fine for every single in-game speak/vent/skype/T.S./etc.

Keep your eye open for textchat too. It's what I use.

Out of 3 roommates, two of us couldn't use our mics. Thus using scientific maths I have deduced that 2/3rds of the pug world do have mics but simply cannot use them.

Coalesced Editor rendered the need to use a mic on PC obsolete.

So talking, whilst under the influence of space magic, is pointless on PC, anyway.

 

Worse, it might just create unnecessary expectations with some naive players.

My mic doesn´t work ingame either and it´s not headset related either, as it is the case with both a Roccat Kave and a Logitech G430.

Nah, thank you. I prefer the far superior inputdevices known as keyboard and mouse. Also, I don´t have a TV

Actually, while I agree the PC version has better graphics etc, I prefer a PS3/4 controller for input.
