I am unfortunately unable to unlock any acheivements, rewards or dlc for the playstation versions of dragon age whilst on the dragon age keep. Any idea on how to fix this?

I am unfortunately unable to unlock any acheivements, rewards or dlc for the playstation versions of dragon age whilst on the dragon age keep. Any idea on how to fix this?
Unlocking the rewards on the keep doesn't give you anything in-game.
