In crafting. I haven't roleplayed characters who would use the stuff, so I don't use it to make runes or whatnot for armor and weapon upgrades. 

yeah I've used it in weapons and armour but only in terms of runes and that. Potent stuff this red Lyrium

Break up with Cullen if I have started a romance with him and have him start using lyrium again..ever. (I saw what happens on Youtube if you do and it just breaks my heart.), romance Blackwall/Rainier (I find the notion completely repulsive), NOT flirt with Dorian, male or female IQ doing so is just too much fun, not let Sera kill that Lord what's his face, I love the whole knife throwing scene too much and I will NEVER, EVER allow the Chargers to die! Never! Krem is just WAY to awesome for tha and I don't want to break Bull's heart, he loves his team in a fatherly kind of way and it's really cute to see that side of him.

In DAI...

- I cannot not romance Cullen
- I cannot not recruit everyone in the team
- I cannot not be buddies with 'em all ^^'
- I cannot not pardon Blackwall. Some of my quizitors are forgiving and some might bit** around and give him an earful (If only it was a real option in game) .. but I cannot leave him to rot in prison. And I always use the diplomatic approach in bailing him out.
- I cannot not help the villagers in Hinterlands (the 3 dumb quests: looking for rebel mages hidden caches, getting blankets and hunting ram for food) somehow I feel sorry for those poor pixel farmers and refugees going hungry and cold..

i killed one once and had to some dialogue where i had to say yep it was thrilling in a bittersweet way killing such a noble beast!
