My point was that saying that people will be upset tells us nothing. People will be upset anyway.

Well, knowing my track record with Bioware they are going to do the opposite now that I have expressed what I would like.

Really?

Then can you please tell them that you want for mass effect andromeda and any other future game an extremely short campaign, barely any content, a terrible soundtrack, crappy voice acting, buggy gameplay etc.  :D

Sure but some time they will be more upset about certain decision than other decision, it depends on the situation. On the bissexual on the other hand they should definately go for the all bissexual as we discussed before.

Oh and also tell them you don't want any female qunari or female dwarf romance for any future dragon age game.

Its not like some people love them...

B-Baka!!

Hanako, tell them you hate gay KISAs, too. Also please express how much you utterly loath the quarians and hope they never appear again.

But its not worst either, unless you bring arguments why a varied group is better (other than the arguments we already discussed) than an all bissexual group, you are not bringing anything.

And I would be all too happy to expand on that. But I won't leap at your command like a dog and abandon previous points quite as quickly as you desire.

Now, let's pretend this is a world where wanting gender/race/sexual variety isn't just common sense and an ideal scenario.

It reflects the demographic the game is trying to reach more accurately and resonates with players on a personal level. But far more important is the fact that it speaks acknowledgment of the different individual makeups and an experience where everyone is valued.

It is why people have pushed for so long to see character casts that aren't full white and straight. An all bisexual group partially solves one problem but we're still dealing with homogeneity.

While there is satisfaction in always getting what you want, those who thought that DA 2's approach caused other issues were right.

wow relax man,

Well your explanation goes for Dorian, dorian is an archknowledgment of difference because it has something to say about the difference itself, when its not the case, there is no reason other than saying that difference exists, and its not bringing anything other than saying it does, its not making progress. Saying a group exist is not saying they are valued just because a game pointed out that it exists. So nope the "resonates on the personal level". So not true.

And they were 3 groups complaining about the bissexuality in DA 2

1. there was the biggots who just did not like the presence of any other sexuality than straight, like this guy who thinks he should be the priority just because he is a straight male : http://forum.bioware...-gamer/#6610234

2. there was the ones who said that anders was not bissexual because he did not showed interest in a man before, even if that logic is flawed because it does not mean anything (as we discussed before)

3. and finally there was the one who says everyone should not be bissexual.

So you see among the complainers there was only a fraction of them that was against an all bissexual cast for the reason you are mentionning, the other 2 were biggotry and unjustified nitpicking.

Of course. Acknowledging their existence and true appreciation should go together. One isn't done to the exclusion of the other.

But if it truly doesn't matter, why was Dorian and Sera's debut as the first gay LIs in the franchise considered an achievement? Surely, gay people should be satisfied with having available options as they did in past games? But it actually isn't that simple.

On another note, I will point it out: Can of worms. We haven't talked about majestic Qunari women in a while and I suspect we never will.

So basically you are saying that anyone from the gay or lesbian community should feel excluded as long as there is not a full gay character just because it needs an homosexual presence,

well that is the personal problem of anybody who has that problem, since they can create their own main character who can have the sexuality they desire,

I am straight and I would not feel excluded If my player character was the only straight person in this universe.

That goes for any straight or homosexual person that say they only want romances in bioware games who share their sexual orientation, their problem and ONLY their problem.

And frankly, the achievment was won long ago far before dragon age inquisition, the "achievment" you are talking about is more bioware praising themselves about being inclusive with dorian, rather than the gay community thinking its an achievment.

and even if dorian was considerred a sucess by some, its because he has a story that is directly linked to his sexual orientation, not just because he only loves man.

For the qunari women, I would be more than happy to change the subject and go on that at ANY TIME. If you have something to say about them go on.

We've already settled on race, but what class/background/personality do you guys have in mind?

A tough warrior like Cassandra? A surprisingly perky girl like Sigrun? Or perhaps a very shy and awkward person despite the misleading appearance.

In fact, why should she be Vashoth/Tal-Vashoth? We could romance one of the tamassrans!

I'd say the shy, gentle giant would be fun. We've already had the other personalities with Sten and The Iron Bull respectively.

They would have to be Vashoth or Tal-Vashoth, since a Qun Qunari following us wouldn't work unless they are to play a role outside the Qun and they just did that.

If Tal-Vashoth, I'd think a Tamassran or someone from the Arigena's domain who ran away would be interesting, especially the latter since we haven't met someone from that part of the Qun unlike people from the Arishok's and Ariqun's domains.

I would love the personality of she-hulk in the body of a female qunari :

but we already have 80% of that in the body of Iron bull.

Image on deviantart : http://misterho.devi...-Kirk-529432539

It could be a tamassran, but let's just say we have already seen a faithful qunari that live by the codes of the qun (sten), and the one that adopted the culture of foreigner (iron bull) as companion

That's why I think It would be interesting to have a female tal vashoth that really hates the qun and rejected it from her own will not because she was forced to choose between her loyalty or her cre like Hisrad.

And if 2 meters tall amazon is adorkable I don't see why I would not be interested.

Now that I think of it, A female Sarebas who reject the qun because of the poor condition mage have under the qun, that could be interesting too.

Maybe it will convince some people that tall muscular woman can be just as attractive by giving female qunari more hair option, here it goes some option by the modding community, I think Bioware should take note :

I'm surprised that's an issue at all. Does anyone find She-Hulk unattractive? And really, have you guys seen Rasaan? She is gorgeous.

I see them as majestic amazons.

Just a little comic written and drawn by a fan : http://yuhimebarbara.tumb

lr.com/post/107250533646/point-of-view-my-newest-co

mic-starring-general

And I find it unfair that only you girls, get to have a qunari romance, not that cassandra and josephine are not adorable and good romance, I just really hope we will get the chance to romance a female qunari or dwarf in the next dragon age (Come on Bioware...)

And still, I think its a bit of a shame that in the male department, the only non qunari who is interested in a female qunari is blackwall.

Female qunari and female dwarf needs love too, are you aware of that?  :D

You show that Commander one thing or two, Adaar.  <3

Great artwork there! The comic was beautifully drawn. And the dialog was spot on! Loved the sense of humor.

Actually I just love to remind some guys when they tell me that muscled woman can't be attractive, at that moment I bring back she hulk and any other amazonian beauty to prove them wrong.

But sometime I did heard that some guy did not like the body of she hulk, but they were in the minority.

And yep I have seen rasaan, the worst part is that when I saw her, I hoped we would get that kind of hair for qunari ladies, we did not unfortunately.

Glad to hear it, I also love this comics because its my canon romance for my female qunari inquisitor, I always loved interspecies romance.

Oh, it's way better. Otherwise it's a bag of chickens as Sera would describe it.

What is difficult about giving them longer hair, though? Is it the horns? That can't be. I mean, if it were such a great obstacle the only available hair option would be the mohawk.

I think they don'T want the long hair because they don't want to deal with hair physics which can be expansive to animate, If that's the case I would tell them to just fastened them but there are ways to make longer hair without extravagant hair physics.

That's bizarre. As technology evolves, boundaries should be overcome rather than grow even more limiting.

RPG games like Dragon's Dogma allowed really long hair. But now that we have a more powerful engine, it's impossible?

Maybe it has something to do with the many things they had to cut to make sure DAI could be on old gen system, I am not sure.
