What does the mysterious "loot table" calculate from in PS4? Legendary Banker?

 

I ask because I moved over from a PS3. Only Some of my PS3 gold counted for Legendary banker and that come over [ I assume ] from the 3 zones that they tallied, Elven, Fereldan and Trevintner - no FC rank gold counter in PS3.

 

If so bummer. 

 

But in a way I feel better since apparently DAIMP does not think I have hit the cap yet.

 

Maybe that is part of the reason for my terrible RNG [ yes I know - everyone has terrible rng ].

Nothing mysterious about it. It's items looted not gold spent. There is a relation though as gold gets you items in the store. Items in treasure rooms count also.
