The last time I played was when the game first came out and there were more than a few broken abilities.  After so many patches and DLCs, I can only image some of these were fixed and some others were broken.

Is there an up-to-date list of which abilities are broken, and perhaps which previously-broken abilities have been fixed?  Thanks!

A bit of a needle in a haystack, but you could piece it together from all the patch notes:

http://dragonage.wik...s_(Inquisition)

But the short answer is, as long as you have the Trespasser DLC, none of the active abilities are completely broken in a negative, deal-breaker way. If you don't have the DLC, more stuff is broken that wasn't broken before the DLC.

Assuming Trespasser:

One active is broken in a positive way: Combat Roll does twice as much damage as listed and also has a small radius AoE. There are builds that exploit that "bug", see "Rage and Roll".

Some of the same annoyances with actives that are not game breaking still exist. Like targeting with Twin Fangs still is laughably bad for some enemy types (basically anything with 4 legs). Another example, Weakness on top of Shocked turns into Sleep, messing with Rift Mage passives. Some people think that's a deal-breaker, some think it is no big deal, some like to exploit it.

Some of the mage passives are arguably broken, in that they don't seem to work exactly as specified, but all of these are disputed. Some people think they have proof it works, some have proof that it doesn't.

* Rejuvenating Barrier
* Stormbringer
* Chaotic Focus
* Simulacrum

The positioning in this game suxs big time! I play mostly in tactical. I have no idea how much frustration my KE trying to run around to hit with that Spirit Blade. Same goes as with Cassandra. She's running around her foes trying to land that shield bash but never get to bash it. It's kinda super silly and BROKEN :/.

Another annoyance would be your character often getting frozen in place bug doing NOTHING. absolutely nothing and the only way to cancel it is you have to take control of that character and JUMP!.

also i have no idea there are couple of times with Dorian around, my other characters seems to take serious damage for out of no reason. i previously have solas.. but then he ran off... kinda suxs there's no other NPC that has that Pull of the Abyss unless you are the Rift Mage yourself.

TF but lso Deathblow, even if at a lesse extent, against anything larger than a human is sometimes painful. You position your rogue at the back of a lizard or a giant and he decides it's better to attack from the front 90% of times; it also happens sometimes with Shield Bash

Another irritating thing is when you Flank Attack someone moving and the rogue attacks the thin air doing no damage and remaining out of stealth  :blink:

The frozen character is a huge annoyance expecially when playing a melee char. To manouver him in a flanking position and to have him jump is ridicolous, apart losing the lingering shadow time and see the opponent turn and start smashing him; with ranged it's an annoyance, like it is with the tank, he just stand still but it's difficult he takes lots of damage, but with squishy melee glass cannons like my assassin is deadly

I usually bring Dorian with me and i havent noticed strange damage to my chars; sometimes Dorian goes way too close to opponents he should not, Sera has the same habit, but i've never seen anything unusual. My syandard formation is a Tank, usually Cassandra, Dorian, Solas and my melee rogue

What you did to poor Solas to have him go away? I never happened to have one of the team leave.

What about items? I know there's a Focus belt that doesn't work, and I don't think the armor bonus on Edgewise does anything, although I haven't run tests. Any others?

AFAIK, the only broken Accessories are the grenade/tonic belts. Sometimes, if you fast travel or change zones, you lose the extra grenade/tonic and have to buy a new one. Has been broken since launch.

Ring of Doubt is glitchy, but usually in your favor. You stay in stealth longer than you are supposed to, sometimes.

That reminds me, regarding the OP, the passive ability Ice Armor is glitchy in your favor. The armor stays on even when there's no chill/frozen within a mile of you.

Oh, not sure if this counts, but any FT Masterwork material that claims to do Unbowed doesn't work. Since Unbowed was changed to Livid. Guess they forgot to fix the FT mat.

When you finish the main quest it's game over, you won, or i'm missing something?

You are missing something. I should warn, SPOILERS (and in my previous reply).

The game does not end once you finish the main quest. You can continue doing any side quests that remain undone. You can also do the JoH or Descent DLCs, if you hadn't already by that point. And you can also do Trespasser, but that is one-way. Once you start, you can't got back to Skyhold.

Now i understand why Sera kept losing all her potions!

And on Ring of Doubt i kinda hate it. Why can't they make it only applicable when in combat? Because i have to see my hollow man character (transparent) all the time.

Edit

There's another glitch you can add, it happened quite alot to my KE. When using Fade Step, i noticed my character will return to it's original position. Happened a couple of time to me. By the way, i think Bioware don't give a darn about DAI anymore as they are done and close. The list is just for awareness?
