Sorry if this has been asked already but I purchased an arm upgrade for my armor that adds 10% ammo capacity to my guns. I've just gotten to a part where i have to switch discs. For some reason i no longer have the extra ammo capacity i tried removing the upgrade going back into battle then putting the upgrade back in and going to battle but that doesn't work. now i'm not sure if any of my armor upgrades are working. how can I tell?
if anyone has come across this or some one can report this issue let me know.

Ive run into this problem, but for me its only temporary, at times my assault rifle will be at the normal 400, and then others it will jump to 439.

sorta figured it out. it seems if you respec or gain an additional ability it negates your armor extras, so you save the game leave to dashboard then star back up again. works again!
