There's nothing WRONG with the Geth Turret, just the classes that use them. Whereas the better classes use Sentry Turret.

well, the GE is not bad - it's just that I miss the Geth Turret on my QFE

The GE isn't bad, no. The best of the Geth (which isn't saying much, because the others are terrible). I've always thought that Sentry Turret is used on the better classes because they'd be too OP otherwise, but the GE needs a little friend to help it survive.

One is the tankiest character in the game and can't be synced.

One has the strongest DPS power in the game.

One is the best glass cannon in the game and makes any weapon godly.

I wish there was a pit I could put the Geth and the Claymore in and burn them all... Burn them at the stake. That being said, the Geth are illogically weak for a robotic race. You'd have thought they would have been smart enough to work out the flaws in their designs, rather than sending out some very flawed and crappy classes to fight Reapers, Collectors, Cerberus and other Geth. At least the other races sent better soldiers to fight. Even the volus' attempt was... admirable, if not hilarious.

Oh, of course not  Otherwise there'd be no Geth in MP, because they're all roasting in hell. I'm saying that I don't like the classes, calling them weak, illogical, flawed and crappy in a much longer way than I probably would have needed to otherwise.

Just have to git gud man. I've only been playing the MP for barely 2 months and the GI has curried me fine and is the viable class I can solo Gold with and play Plat with. 

 

As for the Turdian Saboteur, no opinion, don't use him and never will. Which makes my further involvement in this thread nonexistent.

I can do both with the QFI. And that's a much more enjoyable class for me to play than any Geth. That's why I use it. Because at the end of the day, I only want to play classes I enjoy. And I don't enjoy playing the Geth at all, in any way.

 

I prefer the Saboteur to the Ghost and the Havoc, actually...

I want to be able to use the Cerberus Turret with the Saboteur. This way, at least, he would be slightly less useless.

The thing many people don't know is that sabotage (specced into tech vulnerability) doesn't buff homing grenades BUT buffs tech bursts and fire explosions. So many good builds with him use incendary ammo : you just sabotage (stagger) shoot and fire a grenade. The double grenade allows for double explosions for even more combos dps.

He's a good weapons platform because he's in the top rank of strafing speed. A must for side steppting butt lazers, scions shots and such. Though I forget if it's good enough for more accurate at double tracking speeds of PC enemies. Recall once being a Destroyer with slower sidestepping speed and trying to side step Scion shots, only to share the splash dmg with a BSNer and take us both down as if I were no better then a scrub pug who always seems to do the same to me. Good thing I feel no shame or pity.

GE is good.  Maybe most fun geth.  Definitely not most powerful Geth.

 

I don't like the Juggernaut.  He is the worst Geth IMO.

 

Anyway you can tell how great the Saboteur is given how much of this thread has been devoted to Geth characters.

Geth Engineer is my only successful gold solo lately. Everything else wiped (though my last, Claymore KroSol, wiped right after the wave 10 escort was completed). He is a respectable weapon user (hunter mode), who comes with a respectable stun, multi-detonator, healing, enemy distraction, and self-detonated fire explosions (if your timing is good/lucky), all he lacks is shields (if you run no-fitness to get all that goodness), but a cyclonic fixes that, since he already has good movement speed (hunter mode) and a good dodge.

 

What really hurts the Juggernaut though is speed. If his base speed was increased, OR he was given a sprint version of his current speed, he would be fine, but as of right now, he suffers a little too much. A tank build Trooper is usually better.

 

No denying the OPness of the GI, or fLamer, or wallhax Trooper, however, all round, I would say the GE is the best Geth. He is the most versatile of all the Geth.

Finally found a build that clicked. TheNightmanCometh's Raider build, but with Argus instead of Raider. Argus is a weird weapon, but works well on a turian.

A lot worse than Valkyrie. You need all the buffs to make that gun decent.
