... Im' surprised the final version ended with that many important bug. For example the Flaskmaster skill giving more potions slots ends just be a fake skill. I hardly believe they let it in that state, players are very kind nowadays, in past time Dungeon Lords get heavily bashed for stuff like that.....
In beta testing, a lot of these things were duly noted and posted for the developers after each update. They were just plain ignored in favor of other, more important things including most and foremost game stability, especially multiplayer stability. So, MP crashes only every fifth game instead of every second. And some people claim they can host 20 games in a row and don't crash a single time.
If you look back at Bioware history, there are a couple of notorious game-breaking bugs in Baldur's gate. Especially famous is the Beregost crash which was fixed by some very clever fan only 5 or 6 years after the game was published. Turned out, there was some typo in the coordinates of an object in the map that caused overflow after a nearby door was opened.
In DAI, there is nothing really and completely game breaking and single player runs relatively smoothly. I can run it for 10 hours without frame rate drop or other major hiccups. Compared to that, Dungeon Lords is a buggy glitchy mess which is also ugly looking.
The immobile until you exit tactic and jump bug is not game breaking but very annoying
Apart this the game runs smoothly, i dont care much for small graphic glitches or if a bonus that should be 100% becomes 200% there are many good and bad skills and this one is just a bit better of what it should be
Okay, I think the OP is all caught up, except for facemorph and a couple of things I had to edit out (I can't make heads or tails of that screenie in German, Gilli, sorry.)
Which screenie do you mean? Cole's Hat schematic? That's just the Attributes screen, had to go there, because in the crafting screen you can't see if he does hair or not.
Or wait, do you mean The Serpent of Nevarra mission? Oh, well~ But I noticed something. I looked at the text in the DA wiki and it might be a german only text bug. The english text there doesn't have the Inquisitor's last name on it, but also doesn't have that x00000d code.
*uses Gilli's video* I can. right?

SpoilerSome players may experience sudden flooding of Frostback Basin.
Yes you can ![]()
Forgot about that one ![]()
Here's a pic of the war table bug I mentioned earlier. Notice the lack of countdown:
I think I just found a new bug/glitch. Never happened to me before.
I'm in the Frostback Basin and just used a Skull to search for some Shards.
I clicked on Esc as usual to exit the Shard searching screen and my UI is gone.
Like, totally gone.
The M, I, P keys don't work anymore, so I can't look at my map, items, or abilities. I'm not able to open the main menu to save.
T for tac-cam still works and I'm still able to fight, but everything else is just gone.
Oh! I'm also not able to pause, only way to do it atm was by going into tac-cam mode.

That has happened to me as well, after using an ocularum. I couldn't find a way to get the UI back, so I Alt-Tab out on PC and killed the game. It should be possible on PC to use ~ to open console commands and type in:I think I just found a new bug/glitch. Never happened to me before.

UI.drawEnable 1
but I haven't tried it. Also if you are running DAI Cinematic Tools, toggling the UI should fix it.
I used Alt-F4, that kills the game too. (only way to quit the game when you're stuck in the endless joining loop in Multiplayer)
Luckily an auto-save took place during my no-UI moment, so I didn't loose anything beside maybe 20 meters walking.
I don't have the DAI Cinematic Tool, but good to know ![]()
I noticed in a few runs, the Inquisitor freezes and can't move after speaking to the requisition officer at camp. For me, this often happens in the Hissing Wastes. I either have to save/reload or switch to another party member and do a random attack to unfreeze Inky.
^ Another reason to avoid the Requisition Officer...
-snip-
Edit: I think someone posted screenshots of all facemorphs once in the bad screenshots thread, shouldn't be that long ago... *goes on a search*
Edit 2: *finds post with the screenshot* ... *screenshot doesn't exist anymore*
This one?
And if anyone wants I can dig up a comparison picture of the Descent glitch with proper deformation and the normal face.
Mind you the deformation usually happens on Quizzy but spares the companions.

Yes, this one ![]()
Oh, that would be cool!
Yep, that's the one. Thanks Krypplingz!
Fixed my DAI problem (turned out AVG started blocking it after last update), so I could check a few things.
1) On female dwarf armor problem. There are culpits in both medium and heavy armor sections, which makes me think that both rogue and warrior might have this problem. Those are Superior Hunter Armor, Sturdy Hunter Armor in medium armor section and Vanguard Armor in heavy armor section. Those are t2 schematics. None of t3 schematics cause this problem. Unfortunately can't check t1 schematics.
2) Battlemage Armor Arms glitch. Specific to human females and LOD0 (which is responsible for Ultra High settings and cutscenes).
3) I would like to note that invisible merchant is not universally invisible. I, for example, could always see him (PC).
The changes were a lot more funny in the memory. (And they still are when the face is moving, but it's harder to get the proper comparison pictures.)
Anyways, a few different faces changed by the Descent helmets. The changes are different between each face and some are more severe than others. They all changed back when returning to Skyhold (so no trolling with Cullen and the wedding) and save and reload should also fix it for a while. If it happens in the crafting screen it's usually enough to scroll over another full face helmet, wait a second and then continue crafting.
There is no real rule to when the changes happen, but for me it usually happens on heavy cutscenes or if some program is running in the background. But not always, for example it took over six tries to get Saerins face while Ramona changed on the first try. So I suspect you could say that it happens when you don't really expect it.
Ramona
Saerin
Bergstein

Fascinating! As noted by OP, unbowed does not work. I was testing it before this thread was made. However I did notice something weird about Walking Bomb Masterwork. In the video below, when it procs on an enemy, it tics longer than 5 seconds before detonation. During the tics, sometimes it will only do 1 DoT. In a sense it could be a beneficial bug. Also note @3:12 In the video, every masterwork procs just off one masterwork and also reapplies walking bomb again.
Another visiual bug/glitch I had since I played Jaws of Hakkon for the first time.
When you enter the Old Temple you will have two heat/warmth displays.
Even deselecting the quest "Ameridan's End" will not make the second bar go away, as you can see in the screenshot.
