I don't agree with the whole total dark thing since BioWare developers post twitter updates with little nuggets of news for Andromeda but w/e.

The truth is:

We are all indoctrinated... when ME/A launches, there will be revealed that we were all part of a greater scheme for the Leviathans to re-appear and take over the role of the reapers. Shepard will be a old man/lady with a walking aid. during missions we will collect materials for said aid, and be able to upgrade it with wheels, a electric motor, and some gizmos for customization. When discovering the greater story, and that we were indoctrinated, there will be a final search for the truth, and the final question will be; is this answer the real truth, or is it the 'indoctrinator' that makes us think we are not indoctrinated anymore?
