You can't. It's not available.

Why would anyone want to pay full price for anything in the X-Box market place when you can find a used physical copy of any game for much cheaper. Plus this way you can still have the option to sell the game too.

Tbh I'd never buy my games used when it's for Xbox 360. I remember the console used to scratch my discs like crazy and if I were to buy a used disc... no no, it would be all scratched and **** lol.

I thought you already had the game.
Xbox 360 version is still available for sale, and I assume you can buy it digitally. If not, you'll have to get a disc version, which should cost $10-$15.

Mass Effect 3 (or for that matter any multi disc game) cannot be downloaded from XBox Live

Max Payne 3 and L.A. Noire can be bought and downloaded digitally, and they were multi disc games (off the top of my head.)
I don't think the number of discs is relevant, since they are unnecessary for people who own a digital licence.
Edit: Apparently Microsoft "discourages" 360 downloads of greater than 8 gigabytes. I don't know how they discourage it, but probably through additional charges. So, I could see BioWare deciding not to bother with a digital version for 360, since they saw it as the legacy system for the franchise, and figured most of the customers were already on board.

LA Noire was one disc (the game itself) when I bought it

I seriously went through the store for an hour trying to find this game. Bioware should seriously put it in the store. Would've made $39.99 last night.

That why it's also better to buy them locally, where you can check to make sure there aren't any scratches on disc, box is in good enough condition and such. And if not. You mix and match and tell them you want that mint box but with the mint disc from the crappy box. And it's not like I don't buy new games. I do, usually when I buy games that just come out. But when I'm at a game store and I look for older games I've yet to acquire, I usually end up with a used copy. Just the way it is.

well if you can get BioWare to convince Microsoft to get multi disc game downloads working then you may be able to on Xbox one but I doubt they'll be putting much more into the Xbox 360.Sorry for the foul language, especially in the presence of ladies. I get cranky on this diet thing.

Xbox 360 live marketplace has only added 7-8 games that aren't sports or call of duty or arcade games, in the past 2 years

Yeah there's not really anything of worth there yet from the 360.

Lol I love amazon! I LOVE shopping! And when it's online, it's like I'm not spending money at all!! I keep buying and buying and I don't realize I'm broke until the credit card bill comes in the door...... or I try to withdraw money from the bank psychically and it says "zero money"....

I like Amazon too. Much better than going out and buying things in a shop.
I also like waiting for it to arrive, then unboxing it. No idea why. Anticipation, probably.

I like shopping, but hate people. So I usually have to suffice with online shopping, because I have.... issues... with shopping centres and crowds.

Ebay Buy it Now is my go-to resource for 360 products. Even the console itself was from Ebay. Just swapped out its power supply last month too...from an Ebay Buy it Now vendor.

This might be all too obvious for some, but just putting it out there in case some don't know:
if your disc gets scratched, or buy yours from and/or can visit a gameshop, they often offer a service to buff those discs out pretty cheaply ~5€, at least here. (Some even do it via online+ post.) Worth it, if you really like your game and can't get a replacement easily/fast enough.
If someone has totally knifed your disc, it won't help that, obviously - and round shaped scratches done by the console can't be removed/polished out (so it won't help save xbox-eaten discs) - but small scratches are usually smoothed out nicely. Here most gameshops tend to do that to all used discs before selling.
