Apparently I can headshot Reapers no problem. Can headshot Geth alright. Can't headshot Cerberus or Collectors though... which is really weird, because a Collector head isn't exactly a small target.
Collectors are easy to headshot when they stay still. But when they are moving, they move very fast, especially when they are possessed. Geth are super easy to headshot without a stagger power, because with the exception of Rocket Troopers and sometimes regular Troopers, they don't have much of a self-preservation instinct. They will just kind of march toward you, making easy targets.
