are you noticing your choices making a real difference as far as how the story and game changes, story plays out?

I have only started the new game and am playing as a FemShep Paragon in opposite to my ManShep Renegade first time through.



I have noticed some very minor variations so far in the conversation trees, but haven't really got far enough to have made any tough decisions yet.



I did allow Tali to take Veetor and leave me the Omni-tool rather than insisting he came with us. That led to Tali being nicer to me in that scene and may impact later on...
