No, but she floats when put in water, which was enough for the mobs.
Maybe she could fly on her broomstick, before someone stole it and turned it into a staff.

Fair enough for the pet dragon,but her dragon form is deleterious because it prevent her from using spells and she seem to be stronger in her non-dragon form.

Yeah in her dragon form , it's really hard to see but the Behemoth was flying on a tiny broom stick.
