Hi, i just joined today. I wanted to post pictures of my DAI characters on that board, but for whatever reason i'm not able to. Why is that? 

 

My account here is different than the one i have on the game because i forgot the password and when i tried to recover it by making EA resend the password recovery to my email i use for the account, the email didn't appear at all. So i had no choice but to create new one.

 

But why i can post something on the other boards and not this one? is there something i need to know?

To post in every part of DAI forum, you need DAI associated with your profile. Same applies to other games' forums.

Does this mean that i have to have the game on the PC to use this forum. i bought it on the PS4.How do i link it?

You don't need to have PC version. As far as I know you only need EA Account. If you used the same account in game and to register here, DAI should be displayed under your profile. For other games you can go to your profile on https://social.bioware.com/ and register your games there.

To post in every part of DAI forum, you need DAI associated with your profile.

To post in the restricted Dragon Age forums, you will need a registered copy of DA:O, DA 2 or DA:I on your profile (this is handled through the EA account system.) Any of the three games will provide access to all DA fora, so you don't necessarily need DA:I for the DA:I forum, any of the three games will do.

 

To post in the restricted Mass Effect fora, you have to have a copy of ME, ME 2 or ME 3 registered (again, any one will activate posting privileges for all ME fora.)

You won't be able to post in the story/campaign forum until a registered DA game is on the profile. You might be able to resolve this yourself or with EA support, but I suspect that you may need a BioWare employee to merge the accounts.

 

You may need to wait until one has a chance to look into that for you.

With the first 2 games you do need to register a copy of your game.

 

With DAI I was able to post on the Inquisition forums once I was able to import from the Keep into inquisition a custom import and get the two avatars for Inquisition and the Keep. I never did find a 16 digit registration code, so thanking my lucky stars importing from the Keep counts as registration. For other purposes, it might not.
