I tried to use the character creater and I click upload info and it says I need to log on or have a account on bioware/ea online. How do I know if I have it and stuff.

If you're posting here, you PROBABLY do, but maybe not. The account is your EA and/or Bioware account (from the Bioware forums) or from EA (it'll be an EA account if you've never made a BW account before). You can also "create account" from within the character creator, or you can do it here.
