Miranda's was very deep as well. Tali's was deep but predictable I think.

Loved Mordins, Tali's was also great.

Grunt just because I love krogans haha.

Probably Tali's, though I found the scene very touching if you convince Miranda to talk to her sister.

Kinda made me feel bad about turning her down, heh.

Tali's was the best, just because you finally get to see the Fortilla, everything else was just extra greatness.

Miranda. She has such a hidden persona underneath the harsh exterior of a raging ice queen.

Also Jack, because you find out she really is just a scared little girl inside.

BUT MIRANDA CRIES SO I SAY HERS IS THE BEST, HARUMPH!

Grunt's was great. It showed some depth in a krogan, and you got to headbutt a krogan. What else could you ask for. His was by far my favorite. Mordin's was very deep on a bunch of levels. I loved mordin and grunt's. Hell even Legion's was awesome. Basically you have to decide if Geth deserve to be treated like other sentient species or if they are just machines.

I thought Samara's was really good, especially since it was a nice change of pace. But I think Miranda's takes the cake on this.

Samara and Thane's were awesome because the involved no combat, a true role-playing experience. but the one that has still hit me the hardest is Jack;'s (Subject Zero), because you find out alot of what makes her who she is. Why she is so harden to trust anyone. And why she may be able to finally move on from it.

My favorite was Jacks. You get to see another side of her and find out what hell she has been through. Also liked Jacobs.

Definitely Tali's. Comforting her with a hug was very touching :)

Grunts: Was very epic if you were a fan of wrex.
Tali: was great if you went into that epic speech.
Garrus: Sucked.. All that work to Teach him that Revenge solves nothing in Me1 out the fing window.
Jacob: Ehh could take it or leave it.
Samara: Epic battle wish my sound didn't go out during it ((Game issue)).
Mordin: While not epic per say filled in many questions I had over the genophage.
Miranda: Meh Never really liked her all that much so no big deal.
SuZu: I don’t know it wasn't bad or good just different.
Legion: About same as SuZu.
Zaeed: Guy needs mental help.

If I missed one there mission must have been dull.

Thane, Samara and Kasumi's loyalty missions are good because of the variation in gameplay compared to the rest of the game, but my favourite loyalty missions were those of Mordin, Tali and Legion. At least when it comes to story. I like them because it's not about that specific squad member, but more about an underlying issue.

Mordin's mission for example. It's not about saving his former student, but about whether the genophage was the right thing to do. Also a good example of great character development on Mordin's part.

In Tali's mission it is even more obvious that it is not about her, but about the quarians changing their policies concerning the geth.

With Legion's mission it is crystal clear. Saving all geth from rewriting by the heretics.

Or maybe I like these three the most because in some way they refer to Mass Effect 1 :P

I really enjoyed Tali's loyalty quest, but then again I love everything about her. But the most moving loyalty quest was probably Jack's to me. The whole dark creepy atmosphere was so good all the way up to her face, so full of emotion, as she sits flipping the switch to the bomb.

Mordin's. I wouldn't say any of the others are particularly deep.

Miranda's was my favorite

Runner up is Garrus'

The worst was Grunt's IMO (it wasn't bad, just the least interesting)

Have to agree with this.

Of all the loyalty missions, his was the only one that had me pause my gameplay for a moment and think about what was said. A feat that video game rarely does.

Oh hell, there's no way I'll be able to decide.

All I'm sure of are the ones I least liked.

Mordin's definitely. it's the really morally challenging questions like his that make mass effect so awesome. and i really loved seeing mordin's character change throughout the mission, to see him vehemently defend his actions time and again, and finally to see him question what he did. some of the best dialogue in the game is in that mission.

talis is also great, loved seeing the migrant fleet, and seeing tali let her emotions out.

Squad commentary in Mordin's mission was awesome.

"I said a real badass, not some krogan sitting there whining like a quarian with a tummy ache!"

Tali: "I'm standing right here!"

Or, when you find that human corpse that's been experimented on -

"It's crap like this that makes Cerberus start to seem like a good idea!"

Miranda: "I'll be sure to add that to my report."

Kasumi, I felt bad about whatever choice I made at the end, sure Talis was bad her father dying but in Kasumi she had her lover killed, and now she has nothing to remember him by or she can keep memories and possibally be killed.

Plus most fun loyalty mission in the game.

I think my favorite quote from that is when Mordin says that he used to wish that he had never been forced to make that choice, but later accepted that it had to be him because he had to make sure it was done right.

Jack's could have been, if it had been a little more character and atmoshphere, rather than another "Kill the mercs" one.

Mordin's would've been better if the writing wasn't trying to force Bioware's morality on me (Half the 'investigate' options boil down to Genophage evil!!, whereas the ones agreeing with Mrodin are just Don't care, lets move on)

Tali's was.. Eh, predictable (But hug interrupts are great). As was Legion's, Zaeed's and Miranda's.

Grunt's was just shooting big things. Nothing very deep there.

Jacob's was alright. Maybe if there'd been something out of it other than finding out Jacob's dad is a selfish idiot it'd be more memorable.

Garrus' shows again that character development in ME1 was totally pointless if your differs from how the writers think it should be. Also how Garrus again can be talked out of something he has totally set himself on doing. Does the guy ever do anything right?

Thane, Kasumi and Samara's get good points for being a much-appreciated change of pace.

I think that's everyone covered. Heh, now I think about it, there are none that stand out as particularly deep. Well done? Most of them were. I don't think I could pick a favourite though, I like too many, despite my criticism.
