Hey does anybody know if it is possible to transfer accounts through platforms? I own Mass effect 3 on both Xbox 360 and PC and use the same bioware account for both. However my multiplayer items do not transfer (my war assets do though). can anybody help me with this? I spent 600+ hours and had literally every character and I want that on my PC not just my xbox.

No you can't transfer that information. The galaxy at war data is cross platform but everything else is specific to the platform you play on.
