So, I've been to this other forum and everyone seems to talk about level 30 characters ...in SoZ.

I've tried to do all I can to get there, xp-farming, grinding, creeping, muling, pack muling, you name it.

Still.., the highest I could get was about level 28, for 6 charas.

I wonder, how do you make it to level 30 ? How long does it take to get there ?

Way too long, as there is absolutely no point in crawling your way to level 30 when you can finish the module in your mid-high 10s by playing normally. A solo character can reach a higher level, but I don't know how high.

Frankly, if you wanna be level 30 for the sake of it, you're better off using the console.

Some people seem to be under the impression that SoZ is supposed to be played with a level 30 character from MotB, so it might be that... or maybe they REALLY enjoy grinding.

Ha ha yeah I can see where that coming. I asked about builds in other forum and they either gave these certain builds or send me to nw dbase. So I tested those.

While the builds are legitimately powerful, they seem lacking what were advertised.... halfway through the game I realized something like..., wait.., this build is powerful.., but only after I reached epic levels or near there. Sometimes it's only powerful for the last 2-3 epic levels. So I'm like, well, it is harder to pull those builds in actual gameplay than simply begin with them.

With the Holiday Expansion and a small party I never got past 21-22 and that was pretty boring toward the end.

Yeah. I've been trying to do that again this whole week. Grinding to the death....it really isn't worth it....
