I have developed a nod that scales up the interfaces for ME3 (PC). It is similar to the controller mod but for key board and mouse instead.
Here's a comparison at 3200x1800 (scaled down to fit)
You should install both this mod and the interface scaling add-on to scale up the rest of the HUD elements in SP. For MP only, Interface Scaling Mod works fine.

Thank you so very much! I've been waiting for a mod like this since forever!!! The HUD looks ridiculous in 4096x2160. Most of the time I've got to guess how much HP the enemies have left.
