I was playing through the dlc for the second time and I have some questions.

In this playthrough Cullen would not talk to be at all before the exalted council. I know the squad member cutscene only happen if your approval if high enough, but Cullen is not a squad member. Is this because I had him stay on lyrium?

During Vivienne's scene before the council Sera was still there even though she was not at the exalted council at all. Is that supposed to still happen?

Is there any way to get the 'Holy Grail' in the dlc or is that just a easter egg? Also are the other miscellaneous items scattered around the palace (silk napkin, caprice coin, etc) used for anything like the dog treats are?

Sera will always be there in that scene, even if you don't recruit her.

You won't get a cutscene if Cullen stays on lyrium.

The holy grail is just an easter egg. As for the misc items (silk napkin, ring, etc), you can sell those at the store for gold.

You can get inside the vault in the armory but you need to go back to the Elven Ruins after you've gotten the last Anchor upgrade and blast some gaatlok barrels outside the building. You don't get the Grail but you get like 200,000 gold (which you can't really use on anything).

Thanks to both of you for answering my questions.

That would be useful if you could buy power in the dlc. Still neat though, thanks for letting me know about that.

It's useful for crafting the overpowered armor of all overpowered armor before you head out to the last Eluvian.
