Howdy Fellow Inquisitors-

Im currently level 20, i have done next to nothing in the Emerald Groves (and want to do a little exploring). Ive dropped 4 dragons, which I felt guilty about in one of those cases. And about 2/3rds of the way through Empress du-loin' (which Im sure I totally misspelled). I am trying to farm fade touched Silverite at the latter. I have always run with Varric, Cass and Blackwell. Cass and Blackwell have decent gear, about 260 armor and about 30% resist on everything. My main, a mage, is close to that. Varric, I have yet to upgrade and I need to do that.

Ok, my search for insight:

#1- I read on IGN that the final three operations fire off, one after another. I really want to finish exploring Emerald Grove and finish my farming for Fade Touched Silverite, plus a few more dragons. Being thats the case, avoid the final three ops until Im done with all the core content?

#2- As lame as this sounds, from an RP standpoint, I really only want to kill dragons that are a credible threat to travellers and cities. By that standard, what dragons should I then avoid killing (please put in a spoiler) because they really dont threaten anyone?

#3- Ive been SMOOCHING it up with Josephine, but we have yet to break in the Kings bedroom. Should I read up on that, as in- DUDE, you missed something, or that tends to happen later anyways? If I blow it, can she still consumate within the DLC?

Im not really looking for spoilers as much, nudges. LOL

Thanks!

1. You can keep exploring between missions, don't worry. I'd try to do everything before the final mission though. If you want to know what it's called, it's

Spoiler

2. I don't remember all of the dragons right now, sorry.

3. I'm not too familiar with Josephine's romance, so I don't know if you'll have any more scenes with her (probably) but not all romances have sex scenes.

#1- You can still do missions after the final mission, just not after you start the Trespasser DLC.

#2-

Spoiler

#3- Like ^ said, not all romances have sex scenes. These ones don't.

Spoiler

Banshee, as in Halo?

Thanks for the insights! So the two ops that lead up to the final, I can do now. Is there a particular level number that is ideal for the final op?

Thanks, Oblivious! Yep, already got the Crestwood one and I have not done the ones you note as isolated, for just that reason. Super helpful. And on the Josephine insights, Im cool with that. Its a fun storyline.

Appreciate it!

I've beat the game at level 15, but I'm a glutton for punishment. The first time I ever beat the final mission I was about level 21. If you have enough gear, weapons, and potions to last a hard dragon, you should be ready for the final fight. :)

So stupid question, but you take whatever gear is on your toons into the DLC stuff- yes?

Yes.

Josephine has no sex scene, but it's pretty strongly implied in a conversation that the Inquisitor and Josie are knocking boots.

The dragons in the Hinterlands and Crestwood, plus the three dragons in Emprise du Lion, are a threat to travellers.

If you're Level 20, you might be too over-levelled for anything in the Emerald Graves to be a threat. However, if you have the Trespasser DLC, it comes with "Trials" that you can use to set all enemies at the same level as you. (Also, to halve your XP. Just so you know, Level 27 is the maximum Level cap.)

I would say the the dragons in the Empress du Lion are also a threat as trade routes run through the dragon breeding grounds there and they threaten the town across the bridge.

Yep, that's where I got my name :)

Yes, you can do those two. As far as I know, the only quests you can't do after the final mission are (not a huge spoiler)

Spoiler

If you've done most of the content in the game, you'll probably be over-leveled for the final mission. I believe the recommended level range is 16-19, but if you're higher I wouldn't worry about it.

Also, the dragon in the Western Approach (Abyssal High Dragon), the one that involved a quest with Frederic, isn't really any harm to anyone except your keep in the same area, so do with it what you will.

If you have the Treaspasser DLC then, you can turn the Even Ground Trial on and, enemies will level up to your level.

As for doing quests all except companion (inner circle) quest can be done after Doom Upon All The World.

Some romances do not have sex scenes, some are tamer or more subtle than others. Use your imagination. :)

Dont know if you watch Red vs Blue, Ive seen a few of them, but several friends do the voice work for the characters (Agent Washington and The Counselor) hehe. I did PvP Halo a bazillion years ago and the games. i remember when an article came out about the CIA asking the devs about Halo because of the advanced AI at the time. Memories
