What's the deal with Submission Net?

And I don't find that Mauraders, Bombers etc, dodge this anymore than Warp or whatever other powers they can dodge. But, that's just an opinion of a scrubby player.

 

Exactly. Comparing the tracking of any projectile power to any hitscan power is unfair because off-host shenanigans. Obviously stasis is going to track better but submission net offers other benefits like trash mob stunnage, boss slowdown and tech team synergy. Also worth noting that there is no damage cap before submission net breaks making it great for headshot builds using rapid-fire weapons.

The reason Submission Net is somewhat slow and unreliable is to balance it against the MASSIVE damage it does against armored targets. I found that using Submission Net in combination with the Avenger on full auto removed all the challenge from the game.
