Changed my mind on the Romance that i want to go for on my current run through to be Blackwall, however i did not select the Romance dialogue options in the hinterlands or at Haven. Is it too late to start now? My oldest save is just before Skyhold, so i can't go back. I know there were missing dialogue options (one that i saw romanced characters have) during the first discussion with Blackwall at Skyhold, but i don't know if i get access to any more chances latter on in the story such as after Adamant or after his personal quest. Otherwise if i am blocked out might have to try a new run. Info would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
Can you start the Blackwall romance after Haven?

Not 100% sure, but I think so long as you take the flirt option on the battlements the first time you talk to him at Skyhold, you should be able to romance him.

Ha! I originally set my second male dwarf to romance Josephine, but the charming Dorian became irresistible. You can see where that led to, and now, they recently stopped a Qunari invasion.

You need to flirt with him at least once in Haven or when you recruit him to get the heart option on the wall. And you can only romance him if you flirt with him at the wall. There are no chances afterwards to start the romance, sadly.
