My reasons for replaying are trying out different choices, custom worlds and romances. I've done all except Dorian's, because I see him more as one of my Inquisitor's best friends than a potential love life.

I'm on a break from DA. After completing the game eleven times, I'm getting bored and burned out to do another run. Plus I have other games to play (Uncharted collection and Uncharted 4).

Those games are a good reasons for not playing DA again for some time ;).

Well I've finished my first attempt of DR:I. Now I'm starting a new game with qunari. To tell the truth I honestly want to get all the achievements on my console but then something else happened... I've changed the story at DA Keep to see if any the conversations will change. I hope I'll have a lot of fun playing it for second time.

I have to say i thought about finishing the game 2nd time, what stopped me were:

1. the worst PC controls ever

2. companions for romance (all of them look awful)

3. My first playthrough took me 190 hours (i finished EVERYTHING)

game is great though

Yeah that's a lot of fun when you change stuff in the DA keep and you can change quite a bit. If you are a bit like me then you would have a lot of fun on your second playthrough.

Reasons not to play DAI:

- Witcher 3
- too much fetch quests
- crappy plot

Shouldn't be on the CDPR forums then?  Rather than haunting this place to vomit on a game you clearly dislike?  I'm the first to acknowledge W3's merits, to the point of urging BW to borrow a couple of pages from CDPR's book, but your uninterrupted bile spewing is getting tiresome.

I am in the final part of my 5th full PT (everything completed) and close to 1500 hours altogether. Planning to do several more in the future (but probably after break since I have other games waiting).

Reasons I replay Inquisition:

1. I love all companions and want to hear all their banter and see romance content.

2. I enjoy the combat and want to try different builds and party combinations.

3. I want to see how different decisions in the Keep affect DAI.

4. Honestly, I just enjoy the scenery. I can just stand on the Sword Coast and admire the sea.))

Not really. I always replay my favorite games from time to time (and DAI is definitely among the favorites) even if I already know every line and turn in them. I replay DA games, Mass Effect, Baldur's Gate, NWN, KOTOR, Witcher and some others once in a while - it is like re-reading a beloved familiar book for me. I might not replay DAI as often after I explore everything in it, but I will absolutely replay it.))

No reason. Companions are the weakest in the series, dialogue of companions is cringe, plot is poor, cheap and pathetic side content, boring open world zones, static open world.

The only thing that I'd maybe return to play DAI is for the combat. My first pt was a two-handed warrior, second an archer rouge and that's about it. Enjoyed the archer combat since you can make it op. I've embarrassingly spent 325 hours with this game and I think I'm forever done with it. I'd rather replay da2....

Have already played it three times fully, though I still have not done everything. My reasons to do so are the varied classes, races, gender, and VO's available. Thus far I have played as a male Dwarven Archer, a Human male K-E Mage, and an Elven female Rift Mage, and have a Qunari Mage in the works. As the dialogue and choices are varied, this makes RP'ing each character refreshingly different.

The reason it has taken me so long to play the game again is that I invest 250-300 hrs into a single campaign, and have taken some time away to replay other DA and ME titles.

See when ever i do an elven character i tend to create a rogue... no idea why i just think they are perfect for having two blades on their back

And I cannot play the melee classes well due to my own poor reflexes, so I generally stick with Archer and Mage. However, I do have a 2H and S&S waiting in Haven should I ever choose to see more of the front lines.

Yes me to i almost always play as a Mage or an Archer but that has another reason. And that is that i don't like close combat that much in Inquisition and i cannot explain why.

I have the reflexes of a dead goldfish, but I play melee a lot regardless. The pause button is my friend :D .

I also rely on Pause and Tac-Cam; a reason why each campaign is so lengthy for me. But for all their assistance, I cannot grasp DW much at all, even for the NPC's; respec all Rogues to archers instead.

But I worded my last post rather poorly; only have used Elven Mage, Archer, and S&S thus far, and then dropped the Warrior for a Human build instead. My point was that Players can use Elves for all the classes if desired; that the Ranged Defense bonus and ties to the storyline make Elves a fine choice for almost all roles.

But the varied VO's are the main reason why I have multiple campaigns, as each is a wonderfully talented example of the craft. As I use English accents for Elves and Humans, and American accents for the Dwarves and Qunari, I wished to complete each of these at least once.

i love replaying. but there are points that i tend to skip so i dont have to do them over and over again. side quest and war table missions and the collecting and requisitions. my first playthro i tend to skip minor things and some side quest. the second time i'll do more and maybe make different choices so i know what i prefer for my final play through of my main character that i'll usually play that before the next one comes out and for that i will do every last bit of thing i can do and lock in my choices.

before i do that tho i will make other characters for romancing other companions (romanced Josephine). like i just finished my second playthro and so now I'm going to make a character to romance sera then dorian and bull and cassandra. maybe solas. for those i just go thro the main quest and maybe some side stuff cuz I'm really just playing for the romance. and i'll probally look up the other romances.

I'm probally going to have less time for this though so i'll see how far i get haha.
