I understand that if you didn't save the Chargers and finish his personal quests, he can betray you. If he isn't in the party originally, he will show up. But if he was originally brought along and betrays you (forcing you to kill him), are you stuck with only 3 party members now for the rest of the game? Or do they let you sub someone else in afterwards?

I'm pretty sure that:

You get to repick your party the next time you use the mirror. But you only have a party of 3 to fight the glorious one.

But I've been known to be full of lies.

ah ok. I'm glad you have a full party to take on Saarath at least. I like freeing the dragon instead of fighting it anyway.
