No it doesn't include them all.
From http://masseffect.bi.../about/trilogy/
What DLC is included in the Mass Effect Trilogy?:
On PC, Mass Effect will include Bring Down the Sky and Pinnacle Station on disk. For Mass Effect 2, Cerberus Network will be included which features Zaeed – The Price of Revenge, The Firewalker Pack, Cerberus Assault Gear, Arc Projector heavy weapon, and Normandy Crash site mission. For Mass Effect 3, Online Pass will be included granting players access to co-op multiplayer.
On Xbox 360, Bring Down the Sky and Pinnacle Station are not included, however they are available as stand-alone downloads through Xbox LIVE. For Mass Effect 2, Cerberus Network will be included and Online Pass will be included for Mass Effect 3.
On PlayStation 3, Bring Down the Sky will be included both on disc and on the PSN download, Mass Effect 2 will still have the same DLC on-disc that it was originally shipped with: Cerberus Network; Genesis; Kasumi; Overlord; and Lair of the Shadow Broker. Finally, Mass Effect 3 will also be exactly as it originally shipped.

Play default femshep (Soldiers get to use all the weapons they carry, for biotic/tech powers use squadmates) and romance Liara. Choose whatever alignment you like.

Wanna play ME1 right?

I'm an adept at the moment so maybe the next playthrough i will go as a Soldier and then i will use my Sniper rifle a little more.

Good thing you've chosen a pure class. Always thought hybrid classes in ME1 were crap, since they're nothing more than "half this half that". They made 'em unique and awesome in ME2/3 though (but screwed the Soldier up IMO).I'm an adept at the moment so maybe the next playthrough i will go as a Soldier and then i will use my Sniper rifle a little more.

So that was a bit to hard for Bioware to make all three of the classes good ?

The hybrid classes are the most powerful in ME1.

ME1 Infiltrator/Vanguard weren't very polished IMHO. Sentinel was a bit more unique though. I found more powerful the pure classes (or maybe it's because I hate carrying four freaking guns and not being able to hit anything with half/most of them, hence why I always play Soldier in ME1).The hybrid classes are the most powerful in ME1.

How did they screw up the Soldier? To me it remains the only god-like class in the second two games. Adrenaline Rush combined with an ammo 'power' for every occasion makes the Soldier near unstoppable, even on Insanity. They even have the best shields and health. The Adept suffers massively in the second two games because of Biotic powers doing little more than being able to stagger a shielded or armoured enemy, and ME3 made it worse by introducing the weight system.
Though I do agree on the pure classes. An Adept with a weapon skill as a bonus talent is far better than any of the mixed classes in ME1. A Soldier with Decryption is also brilliant, and frees up points on your tech team-mates to be put into Electronics or another talent.

Even without it as a bonus talent the Shotgun proves useful on Feros for classes that can't use it. When those Creeper attack you on the stairs, they are so tightly packed that you can just point and shoot.

I was talking more about uniqueness than power, what made Soldiers interesting in ME1 and to a lesser extent in ME2 was that they were not only the best tanks but that they could use every single weapon, something unavailable to everyone else. Without that, in ME3 Soldiers kinda feel like Powerless Adepts lol.How did they screw up the Soldier? To me it remains the only god-like class in the second two games. IMO, all the classes are OK. There is some latitude depending on where the player assigns their points... and the order in which they assign points (and, of course, what they might do to earn those points more quickly - like doing more fights outside the Mako.) The enemies in the side missions don't level up quite the same way as those on the main missions... so the experience can change depending on what missions are done first and how many side missions are done and how they are interspersed with the main missions. However, all of it is certainly playable in ME1 even on insanity. Also, once you have played through once or twice and have earned enough kills using the different weapons or powers, different bonus talents start to open up in ME1 so you can, for example, create an Adept with whom you can assign points towards using an Assault Rifle in ME1... or a soldier in ME1 who can use a biotic power. The other part of the equation, of course, is the player learning to use whatever talents their character has to their greatest effect at the difficulty level they've set for themselves in the game.
The list I have opened up in ME1 for bonus talents on a soldier is: Lift, Throw, Warp, Singularity, Barrier, Stasis, Damping, Hacking, Electronics, Decryption, Medicine. On an Adept, that list is: Shotguns, Assault Rifles, Sniper Rifles, Damping, Hacking, Electronics, Decryption, First Aid, Medicine. On an Engineer, that list is: Shotguns, Assault Rifles, Sniper Rifles, Lift, Throw, Warp, Singularity, Barrier, Stasis.
That said, my personal preference is to play either a soldier or an infiltrator in ME1 and switch classes around as I do my various imports into ME2. No real reason other than I like my Shepards to start out a "just a soldier" and grow into something more powerful (using head canon to say Cerberus "installed" those upgrades when they rebuilt Shepard).
(sorry for the re-edits of this... had to start some new characters to refresh my memory of how this actually worked).
