Yes and if you only buy the Spectre gear from that guy you almost loose all that money so that's 9.999.999 credits. Who said anything about ridiculously high prices yes me  .

One way to get extra money early on is to learn how to play the high-stakes quasar at Flux.  The odds of winning are actually pretty good (well, at least I usually come out ahead).

 

Another way is what I call "gun running."  In ME1, after you do the assignment Citadel:  Dr. Michel is Safe, she will buy equipment from you at twice the price as the other merchants will pay you... so it makes the most sense to sell your unwanted stuff only to her.  If you need to buy back anything you've sold, take the time to go to another merchant and you'll be able to buy it back for just a little less than what Dr. Michel paid you for it.  (There are ways to really abuse this differential as well... but it is a cheesy cheat and pretty much unnecessary... but it's also something that could suit a real renegade characterization of Shepard (by adding a bit of a "gun running crook" to his soldier/hero personna).   To ensure you get the maximum import bonus in ME2, you'll want to end the game with 9,999,999 credits.  If you find you're not there just before heading to Ilos, you can always sell off whatever you don't really need for the last mission to Dr. Michel before you steal the Normandy (there's even one little side mission in that last Citadel visit that takes you to her office - if that's the way you play it out).

And i almost finished Mass Effect for a second time now. And the second playthrough is going so much faster then my first playthrough even with all the collectibles and side quests.

You can hit a reporter and you can hit Manuel on Eden Prime.  I did have one Shepard who lost it with the reporter.  My Shepards always felt sorry for Manuel.

Interesting Shepard can punch the reporter, but can't punch Harkin for being a scumbag towards femshep.

As mopotter said, in ME1 you can punch Manuel and Khalisah bint Sinan Al-Jalani.  You can also opt to punch each of the colonists on Feros rather than using the gas grenades.  Punching them will knock them out and still get you the Paragon result for not killing them.  I generally punch the colonists by sprinting right towards them, although I believe also pressing "B" when right near an enemy will also cause Shepard to punch.  Some of the colonists are surprisingly difficult to punch right out... Arcelia, Ledra, and Hana especially.  Punching husks that get too close is also another option.

 

Punching antics do carry on in ME2 and ME3:

Punching out the reporter is something that you can carry on doing in all three games or start doing in one of the later games if you want.  If you want till ME3 to try it for the first time, it plays out quite a bit differently (much to Shep's embarrassment).  In ME2, you can also punch out Conrad Verner... or you can even shoot him.  I'm sure there's more... just can't think of them right now.

Nope. He ends up pulling Shepard out of the rubble becoming the hero that Shepard looks up to
