Hey everyone

How can i delete specific parts when using the toolkit?
The picture below is an example, (since it's just a secondary character near the beginning) , but on my main character the back street quest got bugged and i would like to remove it from my journal, but when i open the save file, and select the active logs , i can't delete the one i want, clicking  on it ,highlighting it like on the picture doesn't do anything ,because if i press delete, than it would remove the bottom ones first, so in this case 3 and 2 ignoring the fact that i'm on 1.

What's the secret, because i can 't figure it out.

The original thread with the method can be found here, but it's not explained how to "delete that number only"

I think it is deleting it, but then rearranging the quests into a new numerical order.  So instead of 0,2,3 it rearranges it to 0,1,2.

Open up the quest using the + and read the text, then delete and see if it does in fact go away and number 2 becomes number 1.  :)

Hmmm.
I just checked that , and it seems like you are right actually , automatic rearranging, now that's something i didn't think of, later i will see if it actually works in game too or not, because a bugged quest can really get on my nerve :D
By the way, thanks for the tip!

Yes i'm aware of that but the latest reply to anything there goes back to april 29, that's almost a month now. My first idea was to post it there, but i was sure that i would have to wait far too long to get an answer if i even got one :D

Almost all of us review all the forums for the games we play, and notice when there new posts in the ones we care/know anything about.

Since you're looking for help with a very specific aspect of DA modding, you can frequently find it more quickly by posting in the forum dedicated to it than in a "general" one.
