Okay, so why do you think there aren't breast sliders?

Let's put aside sexual immaturity which would be generated by this option. There are women who have very large breasts. There are some with very small breasts. Maybe they wouldn't mind be represented too. Maybe they want to play the games as themselves. Personally, i like _creating_ different kinds of characters and should be able to differentiate them if i covered their head. I like variety and breast size is a feature of women i think everyone should be able to toggle.

Creating different and diverse female characters is one thing, and shouldn't be discouraged, and I see where you are coming from in your post here and think if it were used in this way universally, then it wouldn't be immature of course.

Sadly this sort of feature would be abused, and immaturity would boundlessly happen, and the video game industry is already pretty awful in terms of representation of women, I wouldn't want this sort of feature to be abused by immature gamers as just another way of having women be objects of pleasure for gamers. Creating a character with a unique appearance to differentiate between characters is one thing, just creating a female character with huge breasts and ass is another thing and will just help pervade this seemingly endless cycle of the objectification of women in games.

Personally I'd rather have some longer hair options.

It's not like the game isn't already being unrealistic in a dozen other ways. Hair is a pretty minor thing when it comes to that department.

Well, personally, i am not able to put long hair on my soldier. In Dragon age, it doesn't bother me. But when I roleplay a soldier in Mass effect, it automatically becomes more serious in my mind. I never chose the first long hairstyle for any of my femshep, unless with a bun. Something like Yennefer or Miranda would be too ridiculous for me no matter how Mass effect can be unrealistic in other departments.

i'd like an option to select our body size and age number for the protagonist.

That's too far.

So because some will use something in an immature fashion means nobody should have it and just have to deal with what's given?

When I personally feel like a feature that can potentially lead to harmful and negative representations of women, and continue to pervade the continued troublesome depictions of women in games, I feel like it would be better to not implement it. I feel too many people would just abuse a feature like that, though I'm certainly not listing anyone here as doing something immature with a feature like that.

Its just how I personally feel about the idea of a breast slider being in the character creation. I also don't think its a hugely necessary feature needed, since breast size can easily be changed with body type, and i feel it would negate an immature actions that could potentially arise from it.

I understand your point, though your post is based on the fact that the slider would allow us to create women with enormous bosom. The slider can be a moderate one, without going too far in the breast size.

I did already say I don't care about it though. I just find it weird that we all assume it would be implemented in a way that would necessarily lead to problems.

So your answer is yes, those who wouldn't use it immaturely just have to deal with what is given. Great, thanks.  <_<

There's a lot of things that can be used immaturely in these games. Doesn't mean the rest should have to pay for the actions of some.

they're military they have to be. You have a problem with your physique, workout. That's what I do.

I think the character creator is decent, but it's really lacking good beards and Scottish accents. Would be dope if they included those in the next game.

Having a few different lights in the CC could be neat. See how our characters look in different environments before starting the game.

I'm just stating my opinion. You can want breast sliders and not use them in a perceived immature manner. I can choose to not wish to see them in the game for reasons above. At the end of the day I cant think of many character creations that have this feature other than Saints Row, though I'm sure there are more, I think this is redundant since I doubt BioWare would put it in.

In the game the chances are we may be wearing armor most of the time that may not even outline breasts so breast side may not even matter.

I'm sorry if I offended or upset you with my stance on this.

Oddly enough, I've come to the conclusion that Bio has not mastered hair. Thus, we will see helmets and aliens with no hair. I give you Asari, Turians, Krogans, Salarians, Drell... pretty much all aliens, except humans, an an example.

Andromeda's Helius Cluster will have aliens... with no hair or will have hair  like appendages (Asari). Like I said, using helmets is an easy bypass from hair problems. Our PC will have short hair. And facial hair?... I give you DA:I I'll go out on a limb and say that Andromeda will have two females with long hair. Period. Hm... if I remember correctly, the bars in ME had Asari "pole" dancers only.

So, my male PC will have no facial hair and a buzz like white hair cut with black thick eyebrows. The female PC, will have green / violet coloured short hair... no scars.

Take them apples....

I'd like not all NPC males to be super ripped while we are at it.

I've seen your posts after this one. Okay, the same model point is understandable. As for the one regarding 'not everyone works out' is very debatable. With something like the Ark, you would want the occupants to be healthy (Not ripped, and certainly not overweight); as for soldiers, they need to be fit for any combat situation, so being toned naturally comes with it.

Btw, I want my protagonist to have the six-pack Shepard slightly formed xD

I'd love to have several hair options that are exclusive to the protagonist.

A few body type options (i.e. for female characters: willowy, classically slim, hourglass, gymnast, weight lifter) with a slider for refining the shape you want. I'd like to be able to decide muscle bulk and definition, to a degree.

Speaking of shapes, I'd like the CC to begin with the preset face options by labeling them with a choice of different face shapes. I.e. Oval, Heart, Diamond, Long, Square, Round. Then let us adjust from there.

Also, something unusual and possibly a little tricky: Someday I'd like to see a kind of pose and demeanor selection. By which I mean, does your character leave a first impression of being stoic, vivacious, or furtive and watchful? Are their movements more striding and aggressive or more subdued and delicate?

A lighting tester in the CC, for pity's sake. Let me see how the face is going to look in both bright light and dim shadow, or in yellow vs. blue light.

It's asking for a lot, so I'm definitely not counting on this kind of thing happening in the very near future of a Bioware game, but I might as well keep mentioning it.

This, and also the ability to view the face from any/every angle. The number of times I thought I made a fantastic looking character in ME just to realize during the opening cutscene that s/he's a mutant from the side is... upsetting.

I'm pretty sure someone's playthrough won't lead to any harmful representation of women, at all.

Nobody cares if this gamer modded a busty female Shepard. It's a game. It's fantasy. Political agendas should be kept away from it. And having a boob slider certainly won't affect anyone.

Yeah. It was expecially bad in ME2 when a particular choice in the eyes, my favourite one, makes the cheekbones really bad when the face is in certain angles, that weren't available to be observed in the CC.

Yea! So we can have a crotch slider too, right? That wouldn't make feel anyone awkward or anything

We are talking about an action hero, in a videogame. Have you seen any of the arms on the Delta force or devgru guys? But joker shouldn't have been as muscular as he was. He did have brittle bone disease.

There's no reason for every male protag to be buff while every female protag is built all goofy, like FemShep in ME3. Why should an Adept be as ripped as a Soldier? Why should a male hero be expected to look like Chris Evans while the female hero can look like an anorexic with big hips?

It was a bit iffy, but you can at least spin you character all the way around. It's almost good enough.
