So i've gone through every forum, tutorials and spoken to a EA game advisor, and nothing seems to have given a solution.

My situation is as follows;

My EA account is up to date, My PS4 gamertag is correctly connected to the account, and the game itself is installed with the newest update, along with all the DLC's i have purchased along with it. I have tried to re instal it all, made a new world State from scratch. Exported a second world state and switch those around. Nothing seems to work. And the advisor was unable to find the problem as well.

If anyone is experiencing this as well, Or possibly has a solution to it. Please share it, as this is pretty damn annoying as i can't play the game with every feature available.

Let give you a few things I have found that is related to this.

Sometimes the DA servers get all screwy with DRM issues and it takes a few days for things to shake out. Also, you have to have a constant internet connection with your PS4 from the moment you sigh in to when you start DAI. Many times I have had a weak wifi signal and its played havoc with these types of things. Not importing my world state, not recognising I installed the DLC.  That is a biggie for some reason. If you can connect your PS4 to a cable to bypass the wifi do that. That got me around it once.

I assume you went to the Keep and did everything there? (you didn't mention that at all on your OP) In the Keep if I remember correctly, you have to designate your official "world state".

Hope any of this helps!

I did everything required in the keep yes. Exported it, made sure it had a green check mark, I even locked it. Nothing. I already use cable internet, and I'm always connected to the EA servers from when I boot up the game. So it's just a matter of waiting a few days for the world state to go into my game?

What happens when you start a new game and get to the point where you can import a world state? Do you get an error when you try to import the world state? Is there some sort of message that pops up?

Nope, no errors. After I import it in the keep as my main world state, I get the green check mark, indicating it went as intended, but when I start up the game and let it log into the EA servers, there's no world states available to be chosen & imported in the game, only the default one.

I found the solution. Apparently the game was missing an update which it didn't notify me about. Even after checking for it. For some reason the update didn't "exist" until a while for it to auto download. Thank you all for your help!
