Hello,

 

I've looked a few threads but I haven't been able to find the answers to the questions I have in regards to the progress I've made in DA: I. 

It seems that the Keep doesn't accurately select the choice I made in the game. I am supposed to manually fix it each time I examine the tapestry?  For some reason I was under the impression that being connected to the servers would sync the game, the choices made, to the DA Keep.  
For example, the tapestry does not list any of my companions and that section shows "hidden" but I've done all the personal quests for everyone except the Viv.  It also chose the wrong result for the "Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts" questline.

 

Is this pretty typical? Does this and other conslusions to the storylines of the game simply upload at the end of a completed game and not during the playthrough?  My PS4 is hardwired to my router so it's online pretty much 24/7.

Any info/thoughts would be much appreciated.

It's supposed to update as you go, but it doesn't always seem to work. It doesn't really matter until the next game comes around though.

I suggest enabling spoilers and fixing it all later.

Your game choices are not stored in Editable States (where you create world state to import), but in Playthrough States. You can copy those to Editable if needed or just fix your world state manually. As far as I know some things require finishing the game to be updated to the Keep.

 

That being said, the Keep tends to not unlock things it should unlock, sometimes even unlocking wrong things. That's why - in my opinion - it's the best to just switch spoilers off and edit your world state manually once you're done with your pt. Waiting for the Keep to properly update might take a while.
