I thought that she was an amazing voice actor. I only had Jack as a LI once, but her work was always believable and spot on.

This is great, thanks for posting it.
She's fantastic, and I'm of the mind that Jack wouldn't have been nearly as great without her performance.
I still remember playing ME 2 for the first time and laughing out loud at her introductory line. Instant classic.

I couldn't take Jack's character seriously. It's a real shame, seeing as the VAing was so good.
Ultimately though, those stupid outfits, that intro scene with the 'run straight ahead at the heavy mechs with a glowy fist outstretched' which was never justified in gameplay, and the overused use of swearing.
Also the fact that for some reason Cerberus wants Jack to do a big mission for Cerberus despite the fact that she utterly dispises Cerberus and is mentally unstable because Cerberus tortured her as a child, makes no sense.
