I just noticed I no longer have the DA2 character link in my profile. The only thing I can think that might have caused losing it is putting up a custom import from the Keep. Any fix for this?

I'm not sure it would have anything to do with the Keep, but I'm also not overly familiar with The Keep, having only used it once over a year ago.
DA and DA 2's character links are run through the old BSN, and I suppose that might have something to do with it. The badges are theoretically handled by Origin, so those should be okay (a quick glance shows me that you seem to have both the DA and DA 2 badges, but I could be mistaken.)
My only suggestion would be to try and re-synch the data. Pop into DA 2 under the appropriate profile, play the game long enough to save, and then wait 15 minutes to an hour to see if the data uploaded and synch'd with the servers.
If that doesn't work, you may need support from BioWare to pin down the issue.
