Note to EA/Bioware: Are you guys serious? You make millions off the Mas Effect franchise , create a glitch with a patch YOU CREATED and then say there's nothing you can do about it?? Pretty much just spit in the face of every person who's ever purchased a Mass Effect game and laugh at us because you already have our money so ****** off? What the hell? are you going to do the same thing with Andromeda and pull an Ubisoft and make a game full of bugs and glitches and then say there's nothing you can do about it? 
And you wonder why there's so much hate towards EA as a company? It's because of garbage like this. you guys create a problem and then claim to have no solution to it. It's being lazy and cheap and you and Ubisoft are currently tied for first in a competition for who cares less about their customers. 

FIX THE PROBLEM YOU CREATED! Try even pretending to have respect for your customers. I'll even say please

Your frustration is understandable, but there's really nothing we can do to help here (unless a fellow member has had the same issue and found a way to fix it). You'll generally have more luck trying the Answers HQ if you haven't already

If you'd addressed this to the correct people they may have responded with a fix, as they do for everyone else who asks politely. Sadly you've been rude and aggressive. I suggest you delete this thread and start anew, asking nicely for a helping hand and giving the specifics of your issue. Such as what console/pc you are using and what problem you are having. You could try apologising here but I doubt they'll come back to this thread after this.
