So, I was watching this video on Youtube:
And in it, the Inquisitor says "I love you" and Dorian replies, "I love you too."
I have never heard either of those lines in-game. Is there a particular option on the dialogue wheel to get it? I'm guessing it might happen in Trespasser, but I have romanced Dorian about twenty times now and I have never had this conversation. Spoilers are welcome

Second, if you take your love interest in your squad just before you enter the Darvaarad (the qunari fortress in Trespasser), you get the option to tell them you love them. Maybe it's from there?

Yes, I always take Dorian with me 
I picked the heart option there and the Inquisitor says something like "I'll never regret the time we had together" and Dorian then says, "I knew you'd break my heart, you bloody b*****d."
Maybe I need to pick a different dialogue option next time to get the "I love yous". They are definitely not the heart option.

The only one where the Inquisitor says "I love you" to Dorian is linked to the heart icon (which prompts you with "I love you"). Earlier in Trespasser Dorian says "You are the man I love" after the farewell party. Nowhere have I come across Dorian actually saying "I love you" to the Inquisitor and believe me I have played through the Dorian romance numerous times and chosen practically every dialogue option for him.

Ah, it must be some cut and pasted dialogue then. Thanks, saves me tearing my hair out in frustration wondering why I never got it. I've played the romance so many times too I must have gone through all the options, except the breaking up one.
While the Inquisitor does get to say "I love you" to Dorian as part of the final Trespasser crossroads 
dialogue, I don't believe Dorian ever responds with an "I love you, too," nor is there a clear "I love you" from him anywhere in the actual in-game dialogue. As Gervaise says, the closest we get is, "You are the man I love," during the scene where you discuss his returning to Tevinter.
There are a few things that work in favor of an audio splicer in this instance. Ramon Tikaram's (Dorian's VA) natural voice is what he used for Dorian. He has also done several audio books, in addition to films. There could certainly be audio out there from some other media of him saying, "I love you, too" that the person used.
There are also a lot of Dorian fans out there, including those that are pretty familiar with the mod tools and audio extraction. If that clip was in the game, I'd think we might have heard it before now.
That said... I suppose there always is the possibility that it IS in the depths of the game files somewhere. There are a ton of audio files and it would be tedious to go through them ALL to find one single nugget like this. However, I'm pretty sure it is not present as a response in the actual game.
I'm guessing it's "missing Dialog, like the mod that's out there for Cullen that give you some of the dialog that was edited out at random when you interact with him.

Aww, man, really? Advisors get shafted again 
There was even a perfect opportunity to say that in the conference before heading to Darvaarad, since either advisor is present.
Anyway, don't mind my griping 
I'm pretty sure the moral of the story is Bioware should let our characters actually tell their love interests that they love them more often. But that'd be crazy
