Can't help with that, but just in case the modding doesn't work out for you I can tell you what I have to do.
The difference between the faces in ME2 and ME3 is quite big, so I've found that to make them look more alike I have to change the ME3 face a little. The eyes need to be moved up (or is it down??), and recess them into the head as they're a bit puffy. The eyebrows sometimes need to be changed (just imagine the Alliance has an eyebrow studio
) and the mouth always needs to go down a couple of notches too.
Copy and paste the adjusted code, start up the game and do the intro scrutinizing how the face moves. It's the movement that will nail it in the end.
Then I usually repeat that a few times till they seem as right as possible, I can recite the whole thing now.
Oh, and when you're talking to Anderson on the stairs chose the lower dialogue option, it gives a new camera angle.
I take lots of screenshots at specific moments during the scenes and compare them, having a notepad open with each code written in it. Then I just chose the closest one to my ME2 Shep.
