Oh ****.  I apologise in advance for any dominos that fall over there after this.  Just know that we're not all like that, it was a scared, frustrated part of the population that made this decision.

Fear most of the people who voted for Leave did so out of fear and ignorance related to the lies fed to them by people like Nigel Farage, whipping them up into a xenophobic frenzy of a mob that wanted all future migrants and refugees to the UK gone. Not understanding fully the ramifications this will have on the UK, the EU, and all young people, who are going to suffer the brunt of what Brexit will yield.

 

Genuinely angry at my country, and a lot of people for their ironic choice in voting. Britain was a country that shamefully built its wealth and reputation on the colonization of other countries, now we are the ones seeking independence and a stop to immigration? 

 

Just so angry, and sad at what's going to happen.

They just don't realise the true ramifications of what they've done, and most of the ppl who voted leave won't live to see the consequences of it down the line.  We're the ones who have to live with that.

 

To prove the point, Trump supports the decision.  That says it all.  Is there an ARK leaving Earth anytime soon?  Do they still need some new recruits?

It's a good thing I"ve been MIA all weekend, busy with family coming down for the funeral. But now I'm stuck at work, I checked this place first.....and I"m afraid to go to the MEA forum....

Avoid the romances threads. It's just crazy. I don't understand why the mods haven't locked them all already. The level of the discussions is just ... I have no words ....

IN my experience....nothing happens until people report and give a good reason why. I feel like the mods roll their eyes when they see I've reported something... I feel like I report something every other day... but they usually take care of it about 1-2 hours after I've reported 9 times out of 10.

If it's because… i'lll… oy! I was just trying to calm the one person down who got triggered and was really upset at someone else. It's just stupid but whatever. I like to use the forum for waking up without a major case of the jitters so i'll just have to brave it anyway. I'm pretty sure i can stay on topic now. Buwhahahahah…
