I've never reported anyone, is it really worth the bother?

 

Yep. I've reported threads, they're gone or closed within the hour. I've reported people who then receive bans for a few days, I don't think I've ever gotten anyone the eternal ban hammer.

Everytime i go to bed i check the forums to see if there is something new. If there's nothing new and i go to sleep and then wake up and see a 10 pages thread, i already know that the thread is a disgrace.

High on the salt scale today. People asking me stupid questions at work when I've had less than mediocre sleep all week due to family being in town.

 

I love my nieces but they've basically trashed my basement.....

The Technomancer is getting ripped to pieces by critics, even though the user scores on all websites are about 70%, every website is giving it like a 50% or less. RUDE.

Hopefully smooshyface (as she will henceforth forever be known) will never be inducted into the cult and will remain adorable.

Smooshyface actually has respect for other people's stuff. She may not be quiet in all the places she needs to be (Aka funerals, movie theatres, churches, etc.) but she is respectful of other people's homes, furniture, and toys, which is awesome for a 3 and a half year old. My nieces just went into her toy room and pulled out everything and never put anything away, when they went swimming they dumped all their wet towels in one big pile, just waiting for me to drag it upstairs to the laundry. They also never listened to their mother, but they listened to me, so I sounded like an OCD hostess when really, what I was asking them was common sense. "Could you get stay out of the kitchen while I'm cooking? How about we all use just one glass instead of 1,000 different ones and leave them all over? How about you don't leave your shoes in the hallway where people might kill themselves? For hell's sakes, turn the fan on and leave the door closed after you drop an atomic bomb in my bathroom, please?" They are 12,11, and 9.....super cute.....super stinkers.

Romances AND companions AND specializations. I feel like it's being ripped to shreds because it has huge ambitions trying to make a space RPG as a AA studio, but was reviewed like they were an AAA studio. It grinds my gears.

I hear you, we're kindred spirits on this.  I usually end up as Hitler whenever my nieces and nephews are around.  The decisions (or lack of them) my siblings make in raising them make me super angry tbh, and I end up being the strict school mistress telling them off.

 

- 'Don't punch your mother in the face, stop it!' (seriously, no-one else said anything  ).

 

- 'You're 10 years old, shut your mouth when you're eating, the whole restaurant can hear you!'

 

- To my sister ...'She running thru long grass on a summer's day, you wanna put leggings on her so she doesn't get bitten by a tick?  No?  Really?  Even though I have a disease that's transmitted by ticks that's pretty much ruined my life?  Ooooookay then.'

 

Fml.

 

It's not 'kids these days'.  It's 'parents these days'.  Even my Mum lets her grandkids get away with things she'd have whacked me for.

I have this workaholic coworker who decided to do all of my work yesterday for me while I logged 2 hours early to take care of my sick Smooshyface. 

 

I wake up this morning with literally no work to do, I have to reach out to other hospitals to do some for them.

The ME:A forums may be the hot ticket around town, but I for one am getting pissed at the DAI threads.

 

There are a few popping up where people keep banging on about sexual equality, sexuality, and asking for explicit definitions when it comes to those topics in Thedas.

 

Why the hell do ppl have to keep taking the ideals and 'fashionable topics of the month' from the real world, and try and force them upon a fictional one?  Why insist on gender equality amongst all the races and faiths of Thedas, when we can't even achieve that over here in the real world?

 

It's starting to ****** me off tbh.  And I'm a liberal feminist ffs.

If they ruin ME and DA in a bid to be uber politically correct I'll blow a gasket.
