I"m trying to be vague to avoid spoilers.  After you need to make use of the shuttle in ME2 in place of your primary vessell, the game does not transition from the in-game sequence informing you of the shuttles temporary necessity.  It goes to a black screen and sits there.

Verified to be a repeat issue, Glad I didn't buy it yet (Playing a friends, on his computer, going to get it for xbox anyway, but was thinking about PC)
