recently have seen people using this skill on duelist like 7-8 times on a row
Is it possible? Am i missing something?

It´s a bug, exploit or cheat, not sure but it is not intended to work this way.

There are some... errr... "working as intended" aspects in this game. Obvious ones are like unlimited swashbuckle, unlimited mana for virtuoso, infinite damage stacking for throwing blades, crazy armor bonus from war cry, art of war horn etc.

it is quite OP. I've been told how to do it, but its quite difficult to pull off. requires some well timed actions.

Meh. I found it.

It's called the Elusive Glitch and it's on YouTube.

Not worth the effort but okay if you just want to mess around.

Gives no advantage unless you can pull it off early in the round I suppose.

Judging by the video it might be something about particular skill in skill tree or maybe even the virtuoso cause this effect?

Duelist with the saarebus's lightning glyph is quite buggy too... in a good way.

If I remember correctly the enemy hit takes the lightning glyph first and keeps your elusive intact.

 

Not sure if it's a bug.  Or.... what do you know ?  

 

EDIT: oh wait, can't you use the hidden glyph elusive to attack or something.  Vaguely recall that.  I don't play rogues anymore so it will never matter to me anyway lol

So my friend finally figured out how to do this bug but I'm not telling anyone:)
Just a little tip: u can do it only if u have 1 active elusive medal
