This random pug girl got on the mic and called me her, "Volus Hero" during a hectic Glacier/Geth/Plat. Probably qualifies for my best moment. (Not necessarily my most hilarious though. Although that match had me laughing.)

When Samarra's in police custody. Asari Officer "Look, don't make a fuss over my prisoner. I'd let her go right now IF I could." Shephard "Why isn't she in a cell--?" Samarra "Any attempt to apprehend me, will be looked at as extreme aggression, and I'll be forced to fight and kill my way out." Asari Officer "Yeah, that."

I laughed heartily when I saw the credits roll after I beat ME 3 because I had legitimately thought Casey Hudson had played a gargantuan prank on me.

The one that made me laugh out loud recently was from ME1, when I went to speak to Garrus. He starts off, as usual...

 

"Shepard... I wanted to thank you..."

 

However I'd already heard this conversation, so I selected the "Not right now" dialogue option. Only to have Shepard suddenly snap...

 

"I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS."

 

And Garrus is like, "Oh... of course..."

 

He just sounded so... embarrassed LOL I couldn't stop laughing. I love unintentional ******* Shepard That's very close to my second favorite awkward ME1 scene, when Liara admits she has feelings for Shepard (so awkward...) and Shepard holds up his hand and is like, "I don't think about you that way." Or something, and she's like, "Oh god, okay, I'm so embarrassed..." 

 

LOL I dunno, the dumbest things crack me up...

That's very close to my second favorite awkward ME1 scene, when Liara admits she has feelings for Shepard (so awkward...) and Shepard holds up his hand and is like, "I don't think about you that way." Or something, and she's like, "Oh god, okay, I'm so embarrassed..."

Shepard: "Sounds like you want to dissect me in a lab somewhere."

 

Liara: "What? No! I did not mean to insinuate-- Ah, I never meant to offend you, Shepard. I only meant that you would be an interesting specimen for in-depth study eh... No-- that's even worse!"

Had 3 friends that I played 6 hours everyday with, good company
Being a badaxe renegade shep ending ME1 into sick closing music
The people I've met along the way. You're an interesting bunch. So many times laughing so hard I cried
