Also Joker has a couple of snappy lines in ME2.  Honestly there are loads but I suck at remembering any of them.

EDIT: This thread is about funny moments...oops.

The Corporal Toombs encounter. That always felt like a deep moment (Well, apart from the first time when I was like: "Merc = bad. Bad = Dead," and shot Toombs without talking it through.)
I always used Sole Survivor for that moment alone.

I Remember Me was good as well, and Homecoming too if you went back to Samesh and pursuased him to let the Alliance keep the body.

I liked the way in ME1 and 2, but mostly 1, felt like the galaxy didn't just revolve around Shepard, and that other stuff was actually happening in other places.

Also the whole of citadel dlc was some good old corny fun and you almost get to see the entire squad in action for once!

C-sec showed up and I threw my bottle of Ryncol at their car and it caught fire. Then they hopped out so I figured they didnt want it anymore. So I took it.
