In my last game, I found all 21 thrones/accessories. I synched wit the Golden Nug. But when I started a new game this week, I only had 18 thrones? Have I missed something I was supposed to do?

mine does that but, as soon as I get one more, any one, then the rest show up. Wait and see if that happens, if not Nexus Mods has a few saved games with all collectibles, schematics and stuff you can use to sync and get them.

Don't need a mod, just a saved game from someone with XBOne that has them all and the Golden Nug. Load save, Sync, load your game, sync. I've got all of them but I play on PC so, don't think a PC game would load for you.

The Inquisitor Throne (the one you get when you enter Skyhold) only gets counted when you enter Skyhold after In Your Heart Shall Burn.
