So I was wondering this. All my Inquisitors had a good relationship with Solas. But if he hated you how dose it play out. Why dose he not just kill you at the end of Trespasser?
How dose Trespasser play out If Solas hates you?

He doesn't kill you because your death would cause chaos for people, and would be senseless murder.

That was a brief epilogue.

He doesn't kill you because he thinks the Inquisitor's death would mean more chaos and unnecessary bloodshed. Yet, if you disband the Inquisition he doesn't try to kill you.
Maybe he's saving you as a backup plan in case his plan fails and someone has to clean up after him again.

He also probably doesn't kill a low approval Inq because he believes they're too stupid to be able to stop him.
If you choose the "You're Fen'harel" option, he'll say something to the effect of "You've been a huge dingus during the time I've known you. It's surprising that you figured that out all on your own". ![]()

The IQ basically tells him to shut up, it's a great moment.

I have seen this ending before, but it never gets old whenever I watch it (this was probably the 5th time). Just how he casually sums up everything in 30 seconds is so epic.

So wait, does he *not* remove your arm if you have super low approval? or does that bit come after?

Nah I think he does, it just isn't shown well. The IQ is still useful to him even if you dislike each other.
